Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days following the delivery of your order to request a return.

2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unused, with tags attached, and in its
original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@lucentip.com before returning any item. Returns sent back without prior request will
not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us
immediately at support@lucentip.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom orders, personal care
products, hazardous materials, final sale items, and gift cards.

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is
accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period
without justification required, subject to the same item condition requirements.

8. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If
approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
